With the Costa del Sols holiday market booming and the availability of low cost flights, the buy to let market is a very big business.

There are hundreds and thousands of holiday lettings each year along the coast, with a multitude of letting agencies along the coast offering to let your property either long or short term.

Many people let out their property for 12 to 15 weeks of the year to cover the mortgage and other costs of owning a property abroad, this way the property is appreciating in value every year whilst costing little or nothing to buy, then when they are ready to retire the property is fully paid for.

Letting out your property will mean that most of the costs of buying been paid for by your tenants! You must make sure you have the relevant insurance policies in place to cover rentals.
